This was a great promo...throw away your old cap which advertised a competitor, you get a free cap.
It's a win win- for CAT, they are getting an advertising product placement. Everyone who gets one of these caps is a cap wearer- as exhibited by the trash bin. They love a new cap!
Not only does this further solidify and enhance the CAT logo marketing program, but also takes away from competitors.
The advertiser and end user are happy!
